Excellent experience with Window World of Frederick County replacing our old windows which we have had for 13 years. I called and spoke with Caprice regarding a service inspection and she had the Service Inspector Adam respond same day. The Service inspector Adam, was professional, arrived on time, and took great care to ensure everything was properly inspected. Our Windows and doors still look amazing over the years. This is our fourth time getting windows from Window World of Frederick and after 21 years, we have finally finished replacing all the original windows. We couldn’t be more pleased. The sales process is easy - no pressure, just helpful information. The windows are beautiful and make our house feel new again. They stand behind their warranties too. I’m not sure why someone would want to pay more than double for Thompson Crerk, Pella, or Anderson and have to deal with the hard sell. These windows seem to be every bit as good. Thanks again!

Ive had to have a few adjustments to windows since they were put in and every time i have had to call everyone from the office staff to the repairman Adam have been knowledgeable and very helpful with getting it fixed promptly.
